 Email reminder management 

When you send reminders to your customers, you often find that they request a copy of the relevant invoice(s) after receiving the reminder. This leads to a follow-up email in which each invoice has to be individually converted into a PDF document and then attached. This procedure is not only likely to cause errors, but is also inefficient

With Connector 365 Easy Document Pin, follow-up emails are a thing of the past. after a simple set-up, the app automatically attaches the reminded invoices to the email when it is sent. This makes the process more efficient and gives the customer a quick overview of which invoices need to be paid and when.

The system can be set up to meet the needs of your company.

Simple define at which dunning level the invoices should be automatically attached, depending on the dunning mode. An import function makes the setup even faster.

  • Automatically attach dunned invoices to dunning notices on dispatch

  • Control of dispatch by dunning level

  • Control of dispatch by dunning method

In the future, we want to expand this process to include other functions such as the automatic attachment of delivery notes.
