The area of mail and document output in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is still heavily manual. With our Mail Experience Pro, which is the direct successor to our NAV solution "Modul Mail", we have created the ultimate app for your document output and document processing.

Reduce the sources of error and the cost factor of time in your manual document output by redesigning your document output in a new and modern way with our Mail Experience Pro. Simplify and automate your document output to suit your day-to-day processes - our Mail Experience Pro makes it possible.

In addition to simplifying, modernising and automating your everyday document output processes, you can personalise your correspondence (whether mail or print) externally. After a short setup in the report layout for a global setting or directly on the customer/vendor for a customer-specific setting, your correspondence will shine in your corporate design. Where you previously needed a programmer to make changes, you can now implement them quickly and independently with our Mail Experience Pro.

This is because all changes can be quickly and easily changed globally for the respective report. And you can make individual settings directly on the customer/vendor in our communication matrix. This allows you to see at a glance which settings apply to which report for this customer/vendor.

Functional scope of our Mail Experience Pro:

  • Generate your own dynamic or static subject lines and file names

  • Define the recipient per report and store additional CC/BCC target addresses

  • Use personalised mail templates and use your own templates for e.q. offers, order confirmations and invoices

  • Control which attachments are to be sent to whom and in which time period

  • Automate your dispatch with (time-controlled) batch runs

  • Store the corresponding invoices directly with your reminder

  • Keep track of what you´ve done with whom in our joblist

And all our Mail Experience Pro features are multi-language capable!
