Mail delivery - from with one click
The need for postal receipting is still present. What does this mean for my cloud ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which can be used from anywhere?
Processing receipts in the traditional sense, i.e. printing, inserting, franking and posting them at the post office, can delay the process - especially if the receipt creator is not "on site". Depending on the volume of documents to be sent, this process can become much more time-consuming - time that could be used more productively.
With the Connector 365 E-Post App, we provide you with a cloud-capable version for a hybrid dispatch of receipts via the Deutsche Post service, relying on the E-POSTBUSINESS API for the delivery.

Thanks to the E-POSTBSINESS API, a service of the Deutsche Post, the days of manual mailing are over. You can now send your receipts by post from anywhere with just one click. After downloading our app, you have the option of selecting a receipt and sending it using the following familiar sending options:
Black and white or with colour
Registered mail (insert/return receipt)
Among others, we support the following document types:
Posted sales invoices
Posted sales credits
Report adaption to a specific Deutsche Post template is not necessary. A cover sheet with the correct dimensions is available. The document is then sent to Deutsche Post. Here, your receipts are processed and sent fully automatically, independent of time and in compliance with the GDPR. You can track and view the current dispatch stats at any time in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
