The solution extends Business Central’s standard functionality exactly where it ends: by validating XML-based e-invoices against the official EN16931 and CIUS PEPPOL BIS3 standards, both on incoming and outgoing documents.

A core feature of the Validator is the automated checking of incoming and outgoing XML files.

• Incoming invoices are examined before posting for completeness, formal correctness, and conformity with the chosen standard.

• Invalid files aren’t processed; instead, they’re returned with a clear validation report and concrete correction instructions.

 

Outgoing invoices are also validated prior to dispatch. This ensures that only technically and substantively correct documents leave your system – a key factor for smooth operations, fewer queries, and faster payments.
