The module XRechnung ensures a digital exchange of invoices including a control function with the following functions:​

​

  • Expansion of the communication matrix and simple maintenance of the route ID in the matrix

  • Sales invoices booked | booked sales credits | booked service invoices | and much more

  • Creation of XML XRechnung file, test report and PDF file

  • Optional control function and test report of the creation: notification of incorrect information

  • Validation server for control also possible locally

  • All processes at a view thanks to the status display

  • Complete documentation because the original files can always be accessed 

  • In combination with the module Mail, all files created are sent as attachments if the data is correct. If there is incorrect data in the XRechnung, the invoice is not sent and reported back
