Mail Sender Plus
Mail dispatch - clear and organised!
The standard of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central allows you to send emails via SMTP only via one address. This means that all reports, whether invoices, offers or enquiries, are sent via the same address. However, if yyour company has several addresses, e.g. to separate the sending of invoices from quotations, the standard lets you down.
With Connector 365 Mail Sender Plus, you no longer have to worry about organising emails. We offer you the possibility to store additional addresses on several levels, which are controlled by a priority system. This way you can organise your mail dispatch clearly and structure it optimally.

In the mail dialogue you have the possibility to change the address again.
In our facility, you can assign each user their own email address. In addition, however, you can also add user-independent addresses such as an accounting address to the facility. You then have the option of assigning the stored addresses to a specific report or a customer/vendor. If you still want to change the address during dispatch, it is also still possible to change it in the dialogue.
